F1: Mugello Tests – Morning Lap Time Results
Day 3 of testing in Mugello marks the final day of the in-season tests. Plenty of action in the morning session including an off-road excursion by Ferrari driver Fernando Alonso who had a barrier assist him in stopping his F2012. It caused enough damage to see Alonso miss about two hours of running this morning. The heavily revised Ferrari had several new components but apparently more to come. Sebastian Vettel headed the time sheets, however Grosjean and Alonso were less than one tenth slower. Below are the times from the morning session;
