Hamilton to Mercedes

Well the much anticipated news of the status of Lewis Hamilton seems to have finally have been cracked or leaked. We await final confirmation from either Hamilton or Mercedes.

The story is that Hamilton has agreed to sign a handsome contract with Mercedes. The important piece to this deal is the fact that Lewis will finally own his own rights which currently belong to McLaren.

It throws into question the status of Schumacher and/or Rosberg as room has to be made for the Brit.

To me personally, it’s somewhat disappointing because of the history behind Hamilton and Mercedes. Ron Dennis must be disappointed. It is because of him and his support the Lewis is on Formula One.
