Austin – US GP Circuit Of The Americas
The circuit is located in Wandering Creek just southeast of the Austin Texas. It is the first F1 purpose built circuit for the US and was designed by Hermann Tilke and architectural firm HKS. The circuit runs in an anti-clockwise direction and features a total of 20 turns on multiple elevations.
Many corners on the circuit were designed and inspired to emulate some of the best turns from other circuits, including Hockenheim in Germany, Istanbul Park in Turkey and Silverstone in Great Britain.
