I wrote the following poem for the upcoming FOTA Fan Forum:
Put your hands together Ladies and Gents,
For FOTA’s Fan Forum, which will soon Commence
On Wednesday the 13th Of this Month of November
Set a reminder So you’ll be sure to remember
For those who don’t know, these Forums are great
FOTA engages fans On a scheduled date
F1 Fans can ask questions and share points of view
As well as conduct their own interview
It’s a chance to mingle With whomever attends
Then meet F1 people and make new friends
There will be drivers of course and team personnel
They’ll have a microphone for you, so there’s no reason to yell
Whatever is current Will be the topics discussed
Professionally covered because in FOTA we trust
Here’s some info on the Association
In fairness and trust they’ve based their foundation
Promoting safety in every nation
Protecting F1’s image and reputation
To better the sport for fans worldwide
They give fans a voice to help FOTA decide
My mate Oliver we should recognize
He’s made fans and FOTA resolute allies
I attended the forum just a few months ago
I had a smashing good time, it was one hell of a show
Youngsters are welcome, they take the guests to task
They ask all the questions their parents are afraid to ask
There was an autograph session…all well organized
It’s the F1 event where the F1 Fan is emphasized
If you consider yourself a real F1 fan
don’t miss these events, make it part of your plan
If you can’t attend live, don’t stress, you’ll be fine
Just hop online and watch it streamed live online
