F1 Testing Jerez Day Three – MORNING Results

by on February 9, 2012

Mercedes AMG still leading the way with Rosberg at the wheel as testing times continue to tumble.  While most other teams have their 2012 F1 challenger on track testing various bits and pieces and generally putting in some miles, Mercedes has not yet launched theirs.  Therefore, all of the times clocked by the team thus far in these tests have been with their 2011 W02.  Rosberg broke into the 1:17s today, which was enough to land him top spot in the morning time sheets.

Many teams have put the stopwatch away as they are content with running certain test programs that do not include setting top laps.
