Today might be well remembered as the day of long runs.  At the top of the board was Kamui Kobayashi in his Sauber.  He clocked a 1.22.312 on super soft Pirelli tyres and lapped the circuit an amazing 145 times.  I think the only reason he stopped was because he literally ran out of fuel on the circuit!   In total, 9 drivers racked up 986 laps.  Some astonishing distances, especially for Kobay, Rosberg, Maldonado and Button who between them ran 433 laps.    Marussia failed to run which was a shame considering how limited testing is.  Ferrari finally broke through the century mark and completed over 100 laps, I believe, for the first time in pre-season testing.
