F1 POEM: Team Vodafone McLaren Online Store

by on November 1, 2012

Here is a fun little poem I wrote for team McLaren and it’s online store.  On Twitter, they have been big supporters of mine.  This is one of two poems written for the team.  The following poem will be posted in the near future and it will be based on the widely popular McLaren Tooned series.  With any luck, we might be able to get one of these poems on Tooned read by a team driver or Ron Dennis.

Please feel free to share this with your friends, family and fellow McLaren fans.

Consider yourself
A McLaren Fanatic?
On Grand Prix weekends
Are you a wee bit dramatic?

Do you watch Tooned?
Can you not get enough?
Is the time between episodes
A little bit rough?

What you need to do
Is kick-start your rear
Get to McLaren’s eShop
And pick up some gear

Sign up for the newsletter
Stay in the know
Join the online community
That continues to grow

There are fun team items

Show your support
Wave your team flag
Be “Driven To Win”
With your team duffel bag

Get cool team key rings
And a laptop sleeve
Because in McLaren
You know you believe

Get a team umbrella
‘Cuz it’s constantly raining
And a Senna DVD
Which is quite entertaining

There are posters and books
Car models and kits
And McLaren Lanyards
You can wear in the pits

Team T-shirts and Polos
Official caps and footwear
Or sponsor collections
With true style and flair

More than you want
And whatever you need
Its life in the fast lane
At McLaren speed

Hop online now
And shop till you drop
Is your only pitstop
