Here are the final times after day one at Barcelona. Rosberg and Mercedes AMG finished the day atop the time sheets, followed incredibly closely by Kimi and Lotus.

Ferrari finished third while having amassed 110 laps with Alonso behind the wheel.  It was the Spaniard’s first outing in the F138.  There are stories circulating that Ferrari are not happy with their exhaust performance.

Vettel finished the day close behind Alonso both of which were over three tenths adrift the time posted by Rosberg.  The Williams FW35 had a strong outing and a good showing with the fifth fastest time albeit over a full second back from the front.
